1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clockwork Web Dev, LLC ("Clockwork", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our integrated suite of creative web development tools:

• Phase 1: The Shuffle (Look & Feel) (shuffle.clockworkwd.com) — Elimination-style design tournament generating palettes, typography, UI architecture, and design blueprints.
• Phase 2: Clairvoyance (Create Content) (clairvoyance.clockworkwd.com) — Content collection, sitemap visualization, copy generation, and SEO schema scaffolding.
• Phase 3: The Reveal (Build Site) (reveal.clockworkwd.com) — Automated production site generation and AntiGravity Astro build environment.

By accessing any of our websites or using any of our features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Content & 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe creators and developers should always maintain complete ownership of their work:

We require a free account for certain AI-powered features (like URL color extraction, logo scanning, and custom brand generation) solely to protect our servers from automated scraping and abuse.

• No Spam Guarantee: We will never sell, rent, or distribute our user list or your email address to third-party marketers or advertisers.
• Respectful Communication: We will not spam you or send annoying marketing sequences. We only send essential service messages (such as passwordless login magic links, purchase receipts, and blueprint download links).
• Passwordless Simplicity: Accounts are secured via email magic links or Google/GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your email account.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Clockwork services in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

• Engage in automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or malicious rate-limit bypassing against our APIs or websites.
• Upload or process logos, images, or materials that contain malware, illegal material, or infringe on third-party intellectual property without authorization.
• Attempt to resell or white-label the software platform itself without our explicit written consent.

5. Paid Upgrades, Blueprint Downloads & Refund Guarantee

Most features across Clockwork are completely free. Where paid upgrades or downloads exist (e.g. $2.50 blueprint export or $5.00 Pro feature pass):

• Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store or handle credit card details on our servers.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If an exported blueprint or Pro feature does not meet your expectations, email us at hello@clockworkwd.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no hassle.

6. Artificial Intelligence & Creative Tool Disclaimers

Our tools provide creative jumpstarts, automated palette discovery, and architectural scaffolding:

• Creative Jumpstart: Color extraction and AI suggestions are advisory. You should verify color contrast (WCAG AA/AAA) and font licensing for your specific commercial deployment.
• Service Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and edge networks may occasionally experience service disruptions beyond our immediate control.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clockwork Web Dev, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
